Why are we showing up in this digital world with these Style with Courage pod casts and women empowerment work shops? We felt in this place we can incorporate tools and methods we personally have learned and share them. To help each other be more mentally heathy and emotionally stable through building each other up while looking and feeling good in the process.
Sharing experiences helps to create a conversation shining a light on issues we as women have dealt with and deal with daily. It is about connecting and empowering. Style should honor you, all of you who you are on the inside, your body, shape and unique self.
